These terms are between you and Vectify AI Limited (“TypeLLM”, “we”), a company registered in England and Wales (number 14827188) at 2nd Floor, College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, HA4 7AE, United Kingdom. By creating an account or calling the API, you agree to them. If you use TypeLLM for an organisation, you agree for it.
Your account and keys
You sign in with your email address. Creating API keys needs an access code. Keep your keys secret: you are responsible for every call made with them. If a key leaks, revoke it in the dashboard.
Pricing and credits
Calls are charged by input tokens and thinking tokens at the prices on the pricing page; typed outputs are free. New accounts get $5 of credit. Calls stop when your balance runs out, until you top up. Top-ups are paid through Stripe and are not refundable, except where the law requires. We may change prices; a change applies to calls made after it is published.
Acceptable use
Don't use TypeLLM to:
- break the law or infringe others' rights;
- send content you have no right to send, including other people's personal data without a lawful basis;
- get around rate limits, access codes or billing, or share keys to do so;
- disrupt, probe or overload the service.
We may suspend keys or accounts that do, and will tell you why when we can.
Your content
What you send and what comes back is yours. We process it only to answer your calls, as described in our privacy page.
The service
TypeLLM is provided as it is. Answers come from a language model and can be wrong: check them before relying on them. We work to keep the API available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or stop parts of it, and will give notice of changes that matter when we can.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and £1,000.
Ending
You can stop using TypeLLM at any time, and ask us to close your account through the contact page. We may end access for a breach of these terms.
Law and changes
These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If we change them, we update this page and its date; continuing to use TypeLLM after that means you accept the change.
